• This is a full-time role. We prefer candidates who have completed their coursework and are available to join full-time. Candidates awaiting graduation results may apply if available full-time and have strong internship or relevant experience. Students currently pursuing their degree are encouraged to apply after graduation.
• Pure Data Science or Analyst candidates without backend coding skills are not suitable for this role.

As an AI Platform Engineer, you'll architect and build the systems that power our platform. You'll own the end-to-end development of scalable backend infrastructure and AI agents that analyze data, automate workflows, and generate insights for our users in the Private Asset Management space.

• You have a strong foundation in backend engineering, paired with a genuine passion for building AI-driven products.
• You think like an entrepreneur, not just an individual contributor, and own features end-to-end, from market impact and concept validation through development, deployment, and scaling them into revenue-generating products.
• You are deeply curious about AI, consistently exploring emerging technologies and translating them into practical, high-impact features.

• Build and scale FastAPI-based systems integrating AI agents with complex data workflows.
• Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems leveraging LLMs.
• Manage PostgreSQL data systems with a focus on performance, integrity, and security.
• Implement async processing and scalable workflows (e.g., Celery).
• Design prompt strategies and production-grade agent architectures.
• Write clean, testable, and well-documented Python code.
• Continuously experiment with and adopt current AI tools and frameworks.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
• 1+ years of backend development experience in Python (or strong experience in another language with the ability to ramp quickly).
• Strong understanding of API design and SQL / PostgreSQL schema design.
• Experience with background job frameworks like Celery or similar tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) and frameworks like LangChain or RAG.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS or GCP).
• Solid understanding of AI / ML or agent-based architectures.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
