You provide the files in a secure environment. DwellFi's forward deployed engineers (FDEs) direct the AI agents on the volume and verify every tie-out, returning finished deliverables in your system's format for your sign-off.
Every deliverable across our eighteen catalog services is assembled from these three primitives, executed deterministically by AI agents and verified by specialized fund accountants.
Subscription documents, K-1s, capital notices, and scanned statements turned into clean, structured data.
KYC and AML files, investor eligibility, and PBC checklists checked and documented.
Cash, positions, valuations, and general ledger feeds matched against bank and custodian files.
Who uses DwellFi Managed Services
Extra capacity for NAV packs, investor onboarding, and conversions when client deadlines stack up. White-label, inside your systems, under your sign-off.
Fund operations volume is cyclical. Workloads spike around deadlines and transaction events that fixed teams cannot easily absorb.
Add capacity for the busy months and scale back when the season ends.
Your permanent team stays sized for the year, not for the peak.
Every number traces back to a source page and cell. Workpapers arrive verified with full tie-out support.
Each engagement carries an agreed turnaround, written into the statement of work.
Busy months sit above the line and quiet months below it. A team sized for the average is short at the peak and underused in the trough.
The first quarter carries 33 percent of the year's work. The busiest month carries 2.6 times the workload of the quietest.
| Route | In-house team | General-purpose AI tools | DwellFi Managed Services |
|---|---|---|---|
| Volume | Slows down past a few hundred files | Hits file-count and file-size limits | Handles thousands of files per engagement |
| Investor data | Stays in house, but moves only as fast as people can read | Leaves your environment for a shared model | Stays in a private environment in the region your regulator requires |
| Errors | Accuracy drops with workload and late hours. | Errors surface only when a person reads the output. | Exceptions go to your team for review before release. |
| How the work is checked | One person, often the same person who did the work | Only if you check it yourself | Two checks: DwellFi's engine and your team's review, then you approve before release. |
| Who is accountable for the numbers | A senior person on your team, after doing the work | No one. The tool carries no accountability | Your team signs off, and you stay the final approver |
DwellFi operates inside your technical perimeter and workflow. Every deliverable ships under your team's review.
We will not solicit your clients. It is in the contract.
We connect directly into your existing data rooms, ledgers, and document repositories. No migration required.
Extraction and reconciliations are line-by-line deterministic. Your specialists make the final accounting decisions.
Your clients see your reports, your service levels, and your brand. DwellFi is a sub-processor under your contract, not a name in front of them.
Four steps, with nothing to configure on your side.
A short call to agree the deliverables, the turnaround, and the statement of work.
Your team drops the files into a private, secure data room in your region.
DwellFi's AI agents extract, verify, and reconcile, and return exceptions to your team.
Approved deliverables land in your target repositories, ready to file, within the agreed turnaround.
Something looks off? It comes back to DwellFi for correction.
These pairs are examples, not the full list. The full catalog lists every service with its scope, inputs, and turnaround.
| You send | You get back |
|---|---|
| Subscription documents and wire receipts | A verified investor record, loaded into your system |
| Trial balances and the auditor PBC list | An electronic PBC binder with roll-forwards |
| Capital activity and LPA terms | A reviewed waterfall with tie-out workpapers |
How DwellFi keeps your data inside your environment is described on the platform page and the Trust Center.
Organized by the fund lifecycle, from investor onboarding to the management company's books. Each pillar combines our three core primitives (extraction, verification, and reconciliation) into turnkey deliverables. Open any pillar for its line items, the inputs you provide, and the turnaround.

DwellFi is paid to finish the work.
Same scope, same price, in February or in July.
Report available on request. Security questionnaires and supporting documentation are hosted on the Trust Center. Vendor risk teams get a response within one business day.
Your data, and the processing of it, stay in the region your regulator requires. A private instance in your own cloud account, with no shared compute or data.
Your team signs each deliverable before release, and the reviewer is on the record. The audit log shows what changed and when.
Deliverables export into the native schemas of your systems of record and workpaper environments, including Investran, eFront, Geneva, Allvue, Yardi, Altair, and electronic PBC binders. There is no proprietary format to unwind when you leave.
DwellFi never trains public or foundation models on your data.
Once you accept the deliverable, the workspace and source documents are permanently deleted.
Keep a secure, read-only archive of the structured data, which you can query through DwellFi's AI or via MCP with any agent of choice.
The full security position is on the Trust Center.
No. Send the files in the format you have. DwellFi maps them to your systems.
A fixed price per deliverable, set by scope and data complexity and quoted before work starts. No hourly billing.
Your choice: permanently deleted on acceptance, or kept as a read-only archive you can query.
No. Our contract says we will not solicit your clients. We work inside your system and under your review, and the reports your clients see carry your name.
We operate as a sub-processor under your contract, not as a direct vendor to your clients. If your client agreements require notification or approval, we do not touch a file until you confirm client consent.
SOC 2 Type II certified. Report available on request. The full position, including coverage, lives in the Trust Center, and vendor risk teams get a response within one business day.
In the region your regulator requires: the EU, UK, Singapore, US, or GCC. A single-tenant instance in your own cloud account, with no cross-tenant compute or data. LP records sit in that same environment under the same controls, and nothing is aggregated across clients.
Anything that does not tie out goes to a human reviewer, and your team signs off each deliverable before it ships. The audit log shows who changed what and when. You stay the final approver.
Each deliverable ships with tie-out workpapers and an action log, reviewed and signed by a named specialist, in the formats your auditors already receive. Output is not presented without the underlying proof.
Deliverables land directly in your target software, mapped to your existing charts of accounts and workpapers. There is no proprietary format to unwind and no lock-in to negotiate out of.
Each deliverable is signed by your team at release, and the signer is named on the audit trail. If that person is unavailable, a second reviewer at the same level takes the sign-off and the log records it. The review runs in a single-tenant instance in your own cloud account.
Each deliverable ships in your format, carries your brand, and comes out of your system of record. DwellFi is a sub-processor under your contract. Your clients interact with you, and the reviewers behind a deliverable are visible in your internal audit trail, not to your clients.
A fund accountant will scope the work with you and reply with a plan and a turnaround.
