What each one actually is
Copilot is an assistant. It lives inside the apps your team already opens, and it makes those apps faster to use. Ask it to turn a transcript into a deck or find the thread where legal signed off, and it does the job well. The whole design assumes the work happens inside Microsoft, on data Microsoft already holds.
